Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level. Therefore, we've partnered with the fastest shipping couriers available and we provide different shipping services based on the customers' preferences.

Shipping - Processing - Fulfilment Times

The delivery time frame for orders is divided into two main parts:

- Three different shipping time:
1. Free Shipping (15-20 Business Days)
2. Standard Shipping (5-15 Business Days)
3. Fast Shipping (3-8 Business Days)

- Order processing time: Allow 1-3 working days from time of order for us to fulfil your order.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (SnorePal) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Returns Shipping Policy

Once Shipped the order cannot be cancelled. Our processing time allows you to make this decision before shipment takes places. Once received you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any customs taxes incurred are also not refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

During the refund process we will send you the return address.
